Sukkur: Accountability court extended Khurshid Shah’s physical remand for 15 days. In the accountability court, a case was heard against PP leader Khurshid Shah in the case of NAB.
During the hearing, Khurshid Shah’s lawyer, Raza Rabbani, argued that Khurshid Shah submitted answers to all questions in the case. Earlier in the day, it was said that they were being subjected to political retaliation and the story, which started with 5 billion, ended on an account opened for victims Bajaur.
Rabbani said Khurshid Shah has been detained for over a month due to house and assembly fundraising.
Reza Rabbani opposed Khurshid Shah’s physical remand and sent him to jail on judicial remand.
On this occasion, the NAB counsel took the stand that the scope of investigation against Khurshid Shah has been widened. According to NAB law, the accused himself provides evidence against the NAB allegations. The question asked by Khurshid Shah is the answer to my family’s assets.
The NAB prosecutor requested a 15-day extension to Khurshid Shah’s physical remand, which the court approved, giving the PP leader a further 15-day physical remand in NAB custody. Court orders November 4 to re-present the accused.
